Grant Shipley, lead consultant with Innovation Incubator, is a successful entrepreneur with 16 years senior experience of working in RSLs. Establishing Festival Business Solutions in 2004, he developed its Clearview software to become the leading strategy and performance management system in the RSL sector with over £1 million turnover in 2009/10.
